Florida Concealed Weapons Permit Eligibility

It's quick and easy to determine your eligibility.  This questionnaire consists of 30 questions and is provided only to help you make a preliminary determination of whether or not you may be eligible for a Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License.  It is not part of the actual application that will be reviewed by the Division of Licensing.

You will receive immediate confirmation regarding your eligibility upon completion of the questionnaire.  If your answers indicate you must submit supplemental materials with your application to prove your eligibility, you will be informed what is needed.
